General wax melt FAQ’s:
How do I use a wax melt?
Simply break a piece of wax and place on top of a wax burner. Light the tealight and let the fragrance fill your home. Wax melts can be dangerous if not used properly so please always be sure to follow our guidance, found here.
Which tealight should I use in my burner?
Please only use a 3.5/4 hour unscented tealight in your burner. Only use one tealight at any one time as the burner will otherwise overheat and could cause a fire hazard.
How long does the fragrance last?
The scent of your wax melt should last for at least two full tealights (8 hours) so one bar is around 40 hours of fragrance. You only need to use two squares at any one time. Remove all old wax before placing new wax onto the burner
How do I remove the wax melt from the burner?
Light a fresh tea light and wait 30 seconds, the wax will begin to loosen. Use kitchen roll or cotton wool pad to lift off the wax and discard.
Are your wax melts eco friendly?
Our wax melts are made with soy wax which is non toxic, contains no harmful chemicals or pollutants.
Our wax melts are packaged in 100% recyclable plastic that is made from 88% recycled PET plastic. Any packaging that you receive from us is also recyclable so please recycle where possible.
None of our ingredients are tested on animals. Our products are vegan friendly.
